The QR code to install had a direct impact on improving tracking, increasing affiliate sales and the user journey. Chip were already using the MMP, Adjust, and Scale use impact.com as the platform of choice. Scale was able to marry the technology of Adjust and impact.com in a way that meant we were able to qualify the partners better. By having access to both software platforms and the talent who could correlate the information, Scale was able to continuously monitor and optimize the clients sales and react with speed to new opportunities. Even with extensive gaps in the campaigns whilst Chip pivoted to an investment-led strategy, Scale was able to positively impact the business and successfully execute the campaign.
Scale’s strategy for Chip was all about providing continuous support for the client and using new and relevant technology to react quickly to changing business needs. Scale was able to reduce the number of YoY clicks but increase Chip’s revenue which meant we were putting the client in the right places, with better traffic resulting in a higher conversion rate. Scale was able to showcase their use of technology and drive desktop activity through a QR code which tracked partner activity and removed leakage resulting in high quality leads.
