The Talking Shop

Established in 2004 and based in central Manchester, we provide UX labs and viewing facilities, as well as recruiting participants, for face to face user testing and market research projects across the Greater Manchester region. Our reputation is precious to us and we always go above and beyond to make our visitors feel relaxed and welcome, as well as providing tech support throughout the process. We have been finalists in the MRS Oppies awards for Best Viewing Facility and have achieved the highest score of any facility in the Manchester region from the Viewing Facility Association.
